You can go directly to our office to submit your requirements. Our office is located at U-11 2nd Floor Congressional Town Center, 23 Congressional Avenue, Brgy. Bahay Toro, Quezon City.

3. What are the Interest Rates and Payment Terms?

4. How long will it take for my application to be processed?

Your loan application can be processed for as fast as 3 days!

6. Does my co-maker need to be related to me?

Yes, you should have a co-maker that is directly related to you; Spouse, parents, siblings or kin.

7. I have a live-in partner and we have a child together, can I get her/him as a co-maker?

Yes but you need to bring your child’s birth certificate as a proof of your relationship to your live-in partner.

8. I am “balik mangagawa” who is currently on vacation, can I still apply?

Yes of course you can still apply; you just need to submit a balik mangagawa information sheet, your return ticket and proof of remittance aside from the other documents needed.

9. Is there any application fee?

We don’t collect loan application fee or any other fees prior to loan approval.

10. Do you have processing fee or Service Fee?

All our fees will be deducted to your loan proceeds or we can include it to your monthly amortization, you don’t need to pay for it for us to process your loan.

11. Is it possible to take out loan without checking Account?


We only accept Businesses who has already a checking account that is active for at least 6 Months.


We can assist you with our accredited banks to open a Checking Account to be used for your amortization.

12. How will I know if my loan is approved?

Our Loan Officer will call you once your application has been approved and give you the details on how to get your loan proceeds.

13. If my loan application has been disapproved, can I ask why?

Unfortunately, we are not obliged to disclose the reason/s of such disapproval. We do not re-assess any loan application that has been already disapproved by the panel.

14. How do I get my loan?

You may personally receive the loan proceeds via check release or for your convenience you may receive your loan proceeds directly from your designated bank account.

15. How do I pay for my amortization?

You can pay your amortization through the submission of your Post-Dated Checks upon the release of your loan proceeds.

16. How do I renew my Loan?

Contact your assigned Loan Officer for the details of your renewal. Also, since you are already our customer, the process will be faster and easier!

17. Can I renew my loan even if I still have an outstanding balance?

Yes you can request for a renewal with your assigned loan officer and we will assess if you are already qualified for the renewal.

18. Can I pre-terminate my loan?

Yes you can pay off your loan earlier than your loan schedule, we do not charge any pre-termination fee.

19. What happened if I cannot remit or fund my checking account on or before my installment date?

Please be guided that all the post-dated checks issued to JCT EZ LOAN CORPORATION is being endorsed to our accredited bank for check warehousing. Meaning, the checks are being deposited automatically by the bank as dated on the check or posting date. Hence, it is important to fund your accounts to avoid penalties and charges from your bank and from our office.


However, if you wish to remit your payments through direct deposit to our bank accounts you can deposit your payment 3 days before your instalment date so that we still have time to pull-out and process your check from our accredited bank.
